Privacy Policy
Your data stays yours.
100% local AI processing. No cloud dependencies. No tracking. We believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a feature.
1 Data We Collect
When you use our services, we may collect the following information to deliver and improve our AI configuration services:
- Name and contact details (email address, phone number) provided during booking or enquiry
- Mac hardware information (model, chip, RAM, storage) required for AI configuration
- Service preferences and tier selection
- Communication records related to your service request
- Payment information processed securely through third-party payment providers
Important: We only collect information that is directly necessary for providing our AI configuration services. We do not collect data for advertising, profiling, or resale purposes.
2 Local AI Processing
This is the core of our privacy promise. Every AI tool we install and configure on your Mac processes data entirely on your local machine.
- All AI models (Ollama, Llama, Mistral, Whisper, Stable Diffusion, etc.) run 100% locally on your Apple Silicon hardware
- Your documents, conversations, images, and audio never leave your machine during AI processing
- No data is sent to external AI cloud services (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, etc.)
- AI inference happens on-device using your Mac's Neural Engine and GPU
Our guarantee: Once we complete your setup and hand over your HKMAC AI workstation, all AI processing is entirely under your control. We have zero access to your AI activities, prompts, or outputs.
3 No Cloud Dependencies
Unlike most AI services that require cloud connectivity and send your data to remote servers, HKMAC AI workstations are designed to operate fully offline.
- No API keys or cloud subscriptions required for core AI functionality
- No telemetry or usage data sent to any external service
- Your Mac can run AI tasks without an internet connection
- Model updates are downloaded at your discretion, not pushed automatically
