Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the difference is prorated.
Your support continues until the end of your current billing period. After that, you retain full use of all installed software — it runs locally on your Mac and will continue working. You simply won't receive further updates or support.
Yes, annual billing is available for all plans and saves you two months (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us during your free assessment to set up annual billing.
Basic: 48-hour email response. Standard: 24-hour priority email response. Premium: 4-hour response during business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm HKT). Response times are targets, not SLA-backed guarantees, though we consistently meet or exceed them.
