After submitting a referral, you'll receive a confirmation email with your referral code. We'll notify you by email when your friend books a service and again when their setup is complete and your credit is applied. You can also contact us anytime to check your referral status.

Your HK$500 credit is applied once your friend's service is fully completed. For bundles, this is after delivery and setup. For BYOM services, this is after the 3-day setup is done and confirmed. You'll receive an email confirming the credit.

No, there is no limit. You can refer as many friends as you like and earn HK$500 for each successful referral. Credits are cumulative and never expire.

All MacAI services qualify, including Mac mini bundles (any tier), Mac Studio bundles, BYOM AI upgrade services (Essential, Pro, Enterprise), and custom enterprise solutions. Support plan subscriptions also count as qualifying services.
