Discovery

We start with a free consultation to understand your needs. Book via our website and meet with our team to discuss your AI goals.

  • 15-minute video call or in-person consultation
  • Assess your current Mac hardware (chip, RAM, storage)
  • Discuss your use cases and requirements
  • Receive tier recommendation (Essential / Pro / Enterprise) or Bundle

Day 0-1

Confirmation

Once you have chosen your tier, we handle the rest. Payment is collected, your appointment is booked, and you receive a simple checklist to prepare your Mac.

  • Select your service tier or bundle
  • Payment collected (FPS / PayMe / bank transfer)
  • Booking confirmed via email
  • Setup appointment scheduled (in-person, Hong Kong only)
  • Client checklist sent: backup data, free up 50GB+ disk space, share Wi-Fi password

Setup

Our technician arrives at your location with a pre-loaded external drive. We audit your system, install the full AI stack, optimize for your hardware, and test everything before you start.
