We start with a free consultation to understand your needs. Book via our website and meet with our team to discuss your AI goals.
- Book your free assessment via Cal.com
- 15-minute video call or in-person consultation
- Assess your current Mac hardware (chip, RAM, storage)
- Discuss your use cases and requirements
- Receive tier recommendation (Essential / Pro / Enterprise) or Bundle
Once you have chosen your tier, we handle the rest. Payment is collected, your appointment is booked, and you receive a simple checklist to prepare your Mac.
- Select your service tier or bundle
- Payment collected (FPS / PayMe / bank transfer)
- Booking confirmed via email
- Setup appointment scheduled (in-person, Hong Kong only)
- Client checklist sent: backup data, free up 50GB+ disk space, share Wi-Fi password
Our technician arrives at your location with a pre-loaded external drive. We audit your system, install the full AI stack, optimize for your hardware, and test everything before you start.

Your setup is complete. We walk you through every tool, help you run your first prompts, and make sure you are confident using your new AI workstation.

One week after delivery, we check in to make sure everything is working well. Share your feedback, ask questions, and get any lingering issues resolved.
